Earl Littrell
for Woodford County Clerk
Passion - Experience - Ready to Lead
I am a proud graduate of Woodford County Schools, a lifelong Democrat, and a devoted father of two—both of whom have grown up in these schools, one already a graduate and one graduating this year. This community didn’t just raise me—it’s raising my children.
For the past nine years—almost a decade—I’ve had the privilege of serving in the Woodford County Clerk’s Office. I’ve been honored to learn under Sandy Jones, a remarkable leader and a strong advocate for our veterans. Sandy taught me that this office is about more than paperwork—it’s about people. It’s about service. It’s about making sure every resident feels heard, respected, and taken care of.
I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to modernize our records—bringing them fully into the digital age so they’re transparent, accessible, and available to our citizens when they need them. That kind of forward thinking ensures our county stays strong and responsive for generations to come.
Before working in the clerk’s office, I spent years in the service industry and working with individuals with disabilities. Service has always been at the heart of who I am. Whether it’s helping someone navigate a system, access a record, or feel supported in their community—that’s the work I care about.
My vision as your county clerk is simple: keep Woodford County rooted in community, accessible to all, and moving forward with integrity and transparency.
