Earl Littrell is a lifelong Democrat and a proud product of Woodford County, where he is currently raising the next generation of his family. With nearly a decade of experience serving in the Woodford County Clerk’s Office, Earl has mastered the technical side of the job under the mentorship of Sandy Jones—but more importantly, he has learned that this office is about people, not just paperwork.

Earl’s professional background is defined by a deep commitment to others. Before joining the Clerk’s Office, he spent years in the service industry and working alongside individuals with disabilities, experiences that solidified his belief that every resident deserves to be heard, respected, and supported.
